• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations and Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, maintaining operational efficiency, and promptly resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of accounts and transactions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports
• Prepare reconciliation reports and escalate unresolved issues
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve transaction-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliation activities
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in operations, reconciliation, or a similar role (preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Good understanding of reconciliation processes and financial controls
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Requirements and Qualifications
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Experience with reconciliation tools and systems

• We are seeking a result-driven and customer-focused Marketers/Loan officer to join our Microfinance Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services while ensuring the sourcing of viable loan facilities that are in line with compliance, credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the loan portfolio
• Ensure loan targets are met.
• Conduct client visits and verify borrower information
• Prepare and present loan reuests for approval
• Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely recovery
• Maintain accurate client records and loan documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide financial advice to clients on loan products

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in lending, preferably in a microfinance bank
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
