    Admin Officer- Ogudu

    Job responsibilities

    Administrative Support

    • Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, and emails.
    • Coordinate and manage schedules for  staff members in collaboration with the Nurse supervisors.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, files, and databases.

    Operational Support

    • Process new patient intake, including payment and demographics with the Nurse supervisors.
    • Provide administrative support to staff including preparing reports and documents during onboarding.
    • Identify and report potential risks, participating in quality improvement initiatives.

    Financial and Billing

    • Assist with billing and claims processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
    • Post payments and adjustments to Operations/ CEO, maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and team members. 
    • Work collaboratively with the administrative team, healthcare professionals, and other staff.
    • Assist with special projects, including marketing initiatives, community outreach, and quality improvement activities.

    Education and Certification

    • University Degree Preferrably in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or communications.
    • Certifications: Relevant certifications

    Experience and Skills

    • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records (EMRs), and other software applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with the administrative team, healthcare professionals, and other staff.

    Nurse Supervisor

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Conduct initial assessment of client\'s needs and living situation on intake to the Agency. 
    • Complete client\'s requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff to homes according to the needs. 
    • Develop a care plan based on individual needs with the team on new admissions.
    • Collaborate with clients, their family and staff to provide an individualized care. 
    • Supervise nurses, nursing assistants and provide an oversight of their performance and needs; this includes a weekly random wellness checks on all staff at their assigned placement. Monitor the progress of Bethcare\'s patients health and document all care/ services provided. 
    • Direct nursing care as the need arises. Maintain nursing supplies and inventory by studying usage, anticipating needed supplies, and approving requisition and cost allocations. 
    • Assist in resolving needs of both clients and staffs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Attend and collaborate with Medical & Nursing Directors on interviews and orientation classes. 
    • Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care team by communicating information,  responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods. 
    • Weekly report to the Directors on updates of all clients and staff members.

    Administrative Assistant - Magodo

    • The business is a photographic studio
    • Work days are Wednesday to Sunday (Alternate Sunday) 10am - 5pm
    • Sundays are half day 1pm - 5pm
    • Assist in managing the studio schedule
    • Man the front desk
    • Take customer enquiries, phone calls, DMs and visits
