Your Mission:

Main Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage and deliver multiple internal and client-facing projects (strategy, transformation, or implementation) with clarity, control, and confidence.
- Ensure adherence to PMO lifecycle phases (Initiate → Plan → Execute → Control → Close) while maintaining flexibility for Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope definition, workstream planning, milestone tracking, and post-implementation reviews.
- Drive strategic alignment by ensuring projects tie to organizational OKRs, value priorities, and business case benefits (cost savings, revenue growth, risk mitigation).
- Own project governance, including steering committee updates, executive briefings, and risk/escalation management.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for engagements, ensuring accountability across cross-functional teams (internal & client).
- Engage with C-level executives and business sponsors to align on objectives, manage expectations, and drive high-impact decisions.
- Conduct discovery workshops to define project scope, success metrics, and critical milestones.
- Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving to break down complex challenges and structure actionable recommendations.
- Develop client-ready deliverables (decks, dashboards, progress reports) with clear insights and executive-level storytelling.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain real-time visibility into project health via Power BI dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
- Track productivity, capacity utilization, and engagement health across assigned projects.
- Lead PMO and steering committee reviews, presenting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Optimize resource allocation (internal teams, vendors, contractors) to maximize efficiency and delivery quality.
Risk, Change & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
- Partner with Change Management teams to drive stakeholder adoption and readiness.
- Implement post-mortems and lessons learned to refine processes and improve future delivery.
- Champion best practices in project management and contribute to PMO knowledge sharing.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Bid Management & Ownership
- Own the end-to-end bid and proposal process: opportunity identification, response planning, documentation, submission, and post-bid review.

- Lead internal kick-off sessions to align stakeholders on bid strategy, responsibilities, and timelines.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, HR, and Technology teams.
- Liaise with Microsoft Partner Account Managers or representatives to access relevant partner bid platforms and joint-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, templates, case studies, and compliance documents.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all proposals are compelling, accurate, customized, and aligned with our service offerings.
- Edit and format content to meet brand and client-specific guidelines.
- Review final submissions for completeness and quality before delivery.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track win/loss ratios and analyze performance data to inform future bids.
- Report on bidding pipeline status weekly and flag any risks or blockers early.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a bid/proposal/tender management role (preferably in a technology, consulting environment).
- Strong understanding of the public sector, enterprise procurement processes, and OEM ecosystem (preferred).
Key Competencies
- Experience in Sales/ Business Development is preferred.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).
