    Relationship Manager / Marketer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving deposit and loan mobilization, and expanding our customer base through effective account opening strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new customers to meet assigned deposit and loan mobilization targets.
    • Actively promote the bank’s products and services to individuals and businesses.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular market research to identify business opportunities and potential customers.
    • Manage client portfolios, monitor account activities, and provide financial advice.
    • Cross-sell banking products to existing clients to deepen relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the banking or microfinance sector.
    • Proven track record in deposit mobilization, loan sales, and customer acquisition.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Fair knowledge of banking operations and regulatory guidelines.
