Job Description

• Disassembles equipment using tools in order to clean equipments and to perform regular operational maintenance.
• Filter oil as one of the processes of oil extraction. Pump oil, using equipment such as sifters or cloths, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Tend equipment for oil extraction:.
• Clean waste materials from machines:
• Be at ease in unsafe environments like being exposed to dust, rotating equipment, hot surfaces, sub-freezing and cold storage areas, noise, wet floors and moving lift equipment.
• Monitor the blending process of oil.

Job Requirements

• 6+ months work experience in a similar role.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for extended hours.
• Comfortable with working on elevated surfaces.
• Resilient to working in adverse climatic conditions.
• Available to work shifts and extended hours.
• Available to travel to remote areas for extended periods

Job Responsibilities

• Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs on tractors and other farm machineries
• operating tractors safely and efficiently
• completing minor repairs on tractors and farm equipment
• performing inspections on tractors ensuring they are well lubricated
• Using tractors to push and pull agricultural equipment.

Job Requirements

• A relevant driving licence
• Experience in similar role
• A relevant associate degree may be an advantage
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Superb health and safety Knowledge
• the ability to carry out duties unsupervised in harsh weather conditions and during irregular hours when required.
