    Office Manager

    Position Description

    • This role will entail effective administration of mPharma office by providing adequate support to all employees within the company.
    • The incumbent is also to ensure proper management of the office and to provide great customer experience to all employees in mPharma. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Organizes and maintains record-keeping systems for correspondence, documents, materials or records; sets up files as per established methods; records or logs incoming and outgoing information. 
    • Responds to requests for administrative support and assistance to the entire office.
    • Liaise with internal and external correspondence
    • Undertakes ad-hoc project related duties within the office under supervision
    • Maintains schedule/calendar as instructed and makes appointments
    • Makes arrangements for meetings by scheduling facilities and services; notify attendees or participants of time and place.
    • Performs other duties that may be peculiar to each department.
    • Provide travel support to all employees (booking of flights, accommodation, airport pick up, e.t.c ) 
    • Track Petty cash issued monthly by finance.
    • Support with the execution of office projects.
    • Ensure office premises are well kept and all stationeries requests needed in the office are procured by liaising with the procurement department and finance department.
    • Coordinate logistics for all training programs/interventions according to agreed yearly schedules.
    • Maintenance and allocation of employee assets (Laptops, Cars, e.t.c)

    Pharmacy Trainee

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Locum Pharmacist.
    • The job of the Locum Pharmacist entails building and managing mPharma’s in house pharmacy to handle dispensations to patients on Mutti.
    • This role reports directly to the Delivery Services Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage inventory, order new supplies when necessary and keep inventory areas organized
    • Manage a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure the right packaging and dispensation of medicines
    • Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Pharmacy Technicians to ensure proper procedures have been followed
    • Ensure that patients requesting for deliveries have legitimate prescriptions before any dispensation occurs
    • Manage the logistics system and ensure that deliveries to patients happen on time.
    • Develop and manage drug formularies for mymutti.com and other online platforms
    • Manage customer experience on mymutti.com (Complaints, user experience, product availability, bug reporting & troubleshooting)
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies; (media content/calendar, supervise artworks, schedule posts etc.
    • Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center
    • Other duties as may be assigned by Manager

    Customer Service-JA

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Customer Success Team as Customer Service Junior Associate.
    • This role entails developing customer relationships with the aim to promote retention and customer loyalty.
    • The Customer Service Junior Associate will also provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with mPharma products and to streamline internal customer facing processes.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Manages the entire cluster of facilities in the region to ensure all orders requested are fulfilled.
    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Owning and leading multiple customer accounts and managing relationships utilizing project management best practices.
    • Knowing the company’s products and providing existing customers with technical and product support.
    • Creating and implementing procedures that optimize the customer experience.
    • Identifying and finding solutions to potential operational issues such as billing, deliveries of drugs etc.
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
    • Assist customers with placement of orders, withdrawals or returns.
    • Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
    • Interface with other Supply Chain departments- Warehousing & Distribution to ensure all orders are fully serviced within agreed timelines.

    Primary Care Nurse

    Position Description

    • mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and exceptionally high work standards to join our Primary Care Unit as a Nurse.
    • This role will be central to driving our primary care strategy and will work closely with our mutti pharmacies to offer healthcare services to thousands of patients.
    • The nurse will be primarily responsible for offering basic health screenings to clients of our pharmacies through the community health program and also working with various stakeholders to expand our virtual doctor consultation service, Mutti doctor.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the day-to-day seamless operations of Mutti doctor at the pharmacy level
    • Own the implementation of weekly community health screening for the assigned pharmacy
    • Educate, coach, follow up, and mentor enrolled patients.
    • Build and maintain relations to drive the growth of primary care
    • Deliver on agreed revenue, footfall, and Mutti registration targets for the given pharmacy
    • Coordinate any materials needed to drive the success of primary care at the pharmacy

    Our Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum of 1-year experience working in primary care
    • Good knowledge of community health and health screenings in general
    • Customer service experience required
    • Passionate about healthcare and developing better health outcomes for our patients
    • Fluency in local languages, excellent written and verbal English skills
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
    • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to consistently and effectively produce quality work.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Diploma in Nursing. BSc Nursing preferred.
    • Must be licensed to operate by the national regulator
