About the Role

• We are a growing technology solutions provider looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and analytical NYSC Corper to join our Technical Operations team. This role is a hybrid of desktop IT support and entry-level Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring.
• Because this position requires occasional hands-on hardware handling, server rack deployments, and on-site physical support within our facility infrastructure, we are specifically looking to fill this slot with a Male Support Specialist to balance our current team dynamics.

What You Will Do

• Network Monitoring: Keep a close eye on our network monitoring tools to track system uptime, alerts, and performance metrics.
• First-Line Support: Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff and remote clients.
• Incident Management: Log system alerts, escalate critical network errors to senior engineers, and track issues until resolution.
• System Maintenance: Assist in setting up workstations, crimping cables, patching panels, and configuring routers/switches.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily network health reports and IT asset inventories.

What We Are Looking For

• A currently serving NYSC Corper seeking a PPA in Ikeja or its immediate environs.

The Role

• As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you won’t just be selling internet packages; you will be architecting connectivity solutions that empower businesses to thrive.
• You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value commercial zones and cold outreach to negotiating bulk contracts and closing enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B Pipeline Growth: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across enterprise clients, multi-tenant commercial buildings, and SMEs.
• Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Specialists, and Property Developers).
• Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their bandwidth, cloud connectivity, and managed network needs, collaborating with our engineering team to pitch custom SLA (Service Level Agreement) packages.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, track upcoming commercial real estate developments, and identify unserved or underserved business clusters.
• Reporting: Maintain an accurateweekly forecasts to executive leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience:7+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within an ISP, Telecoms, or Managed Network Services environment.
• Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Fiber optics, Microwave links, Dedicated vs. Shared bandwidth, VoIP, and Managed Wi-Fi).
• Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue quotas.
• Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value for C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities
As our Accountant, you will oversee our daily financial operations and ensure our fiscal health is rock solid. Your main duties will include:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ledger Management: Managing general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Compliance & Tax: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and assisting with audit preparation.
