Interested and qualified candidates are required to enclose clear and legible copies of the following documents, as applicable:
- Application letter indicating the position applied for

- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption certificate
- Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age
- Evidence of professional registration or certification (where applicable)
- List of publications with evidence of authorship (for academic staff positions)
- Evidence of previous employment and relevant experience
- Names and addresses of three (3) Referees
- Publications (Academic Staff Only): Candidates applying for academic positions must include a list of publications in the Curriculum Vitae (CV), indicating clearly:
- Publications (Journals and Books to be listed separately)
- Title of publication, name of Journal, Year of Publication, Volume/Number, page range (for journals)
- Book title, Year of Publication, Publishers, Place of Publication, etc. (for books)
- Membership of Professional Organizations:
- Applicants for positions requiring professional certification must provide evidence of current registration with relevant professional organizations
