Graduate Energy Trainee (Electrical / Electronics Engineering) at Toyomax Energy Solution Enterprise

We are a growing renewable energy firm based in Ikeja looking for analytical, hungry, and articulate Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates. We run a unique dual-track probation program. Over the next 3 to 6 months, you will be trained extensively in both Solar Engineering (load separation, system design, energy audits) and Technical Sales/Client Services.

At the end of your probation period, based on your core strengths, natural performance, and preference, you will be permanently placed into either our Pure Solar Engineering Track or our high-earning Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering Track (which comes with an upgraded base salary and uncapped commissions on closed deals).

Key Responsibilities During Trainee Phase:

• Assist senior teams with solar energy load calculations, site assessments, and inverter system designs.
• Learn to translate complex electrical data into understandable, professional proposals for corporate and residential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, learning how to pitch, negotiate, and defend technical solar solutions.
• Monitor field installations to match client requirements with technical blueprints.
