    Microsoft Office 365 Technical Support Engineer

    Job Description

    Microsoft Office 365 technical support engineer to support and ensure optimal delivery of Microsoft Office 365 solutions within the company and to clients, including the initial migration to Office 365 platform.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Ensure efficient and quality assured implementation of Office 365 migrations and solution deployments.
    • Deliver technical solutions to Office 365 issues for corporate customers.
    • Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms.
    • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues.
    • Notice trends and report reoccurring problems.
    • Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary.
    • Increase engagement with Office 365.
    • Participate in product testing, tool building and pilot new projects
    • Ensure high quality customer experience.
    • Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.


    • Relevant experience as a Microsoft Office 365 technical support engineer or similar position.
    • Experience in delivering successful Office 365 migration and solution deployment.
    • Commitment to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understanding of Office 365 Suite and environment.
    • Understanding of Office 365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and features.
    • Experience with desktop administration.
    • Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting experience in support of Microsoft Office Suites.
    • Relevant certification is an added advantage.

    CRM Technical Support Officer

    Job Description

    The CRM technical support officer will aid the deployment and maintenance of CRM solutions in-house and for clients.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
    • Provide support in the planning and delivery of CRM strategies across the organization and for clients.
    • Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance of the CRM application.
    • Provide day to day technical support, troubleshoot and resolve problems within the CRM applications.
    • Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
    • Provide support by gathering and analyzing business requirements for development requests.
    • Monitor and evaluate new program features and application options.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and operations.
    • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs.
    • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition.
    • Identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.


    • Previous relevant experience as a CRM Technical Support Officer, CRM administrator or similar position.
    • Must have working knowledge of CRM softwares.
    • Strong functional knowledge of the data structure; understanding of how to leverage CRM tools to meet complex reporting requirements while enabling long term scalability.
    • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
    • Working knowledge of Enterprise resource planning.
    • Customer-oriented attitude.
    • Solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics.
