    Merchandizer

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    Shelf health and effective administration

    • Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products
    • Check quality continuously, respond to poor quality or damage
    • Keep area clean, tidy and uncluttered including store room
    • Observe and Maintain perfect store through maintaining inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting supervisors to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return for damaged products.
    • Identify cross merchandising opportunities and ensure execution after approval
    • Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
    • Timeously identify problems areas and communicate to relevant party for resolution
    • Observe call cycle by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
    • Document data or Input data on Handheld Terminals (HHT) with integrity and observing data hygiene.
    • Ensuring that the set sales targets are achieved.
    • Daily collection sales orders from the outlets.
    • Observe layout and themes according to the planograms.
    • Maintain Minimum number of stores required.
    • Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management through supervisors; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.

    • Enhances merchandising and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Ensure professional appearance and conduct
    • Ensure company uniform is clean and tidy
    • Maintains customer relationships by visiting store, (modern trade outlets) & General Trade outlets and answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.

    IT Officer

    Job Summary:

    To provide IT support by Mobile Application Development, compile reports, dashboard roll-out and maintenance, and to further understand and execute the IT strategy, ensuring that management is updated on changes made

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    Execution of IT Strategy

    • Understand the IT strategy in detail
    • Execute the agreed stragey across the business
    • Periodically update management on the changes made to the IT strategy

    Delivery of IT Solutions and Set-up of IT Infrastructure for New Business

    • Understand the business requirement as determined by the Country Manager
    • Finalise scope document with the Country Head
    • Set-up of IT infrastructure
    • Develop IT applications and the subsequent testing and roll-out of these applications
    • Monitor the functioning of IT applications

    Operations Support

    • Periodically monitor the security of IT systems in the company
    • Provide remote/on-site support, co-ordinate with local contact to resolve issues
    • Prepare and update system documentation and reports
    • Prepare standard trouble shooting guide for recurring problems
    • Maintain monthly dashboard and provide necessary information to the management
    • Ensure 0% IT downtime across the country
    • Proactively identify the possible breakdown/ issues
    • Delivering support to existing business users; investigating and resolving application data errors, data

    discrepancies and queries

    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Development of IT Solutions

    • Provide innovative IT solutions as per the changing business needs and Technological changes
    • Understand the new business requirement
    • Prepare a network plan on proposed changes
    • Redesign the application as per the requirements
    • Conduct a pilot test before rolling out new solutions and offerings
    • Prepare a communication deck for the changes done

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in IT or Computer Science/Post

    Graduation Diploma course or Diploma in Advance (DAC) Computing

    Minimum Experience: 2-3 years experience in application development, trouble shooting and project management

    Operations Officer

    Job Summary:

    To ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    Effective analysis and reporting

    • Action/administer the structured schedule for all necessary reporting
    • Screen operational reporting needs to ensure quality
    • Generate and analyse reports to identify exceptions
    • Assist with feedback on reporting when necessary
    • Assist with Time in Motion studies where required and consolidating and analyse data
    • Ensure operational reporting analysis, when required

    Effective operational systems

    • Maintain applicable databases
    • Ensure regular meetings are held to discuss systems and processes
    • Suggest and communicate recommended enhancements
    • Collaborate with systems users and developers to ensure problems are resolved
    • Conduct pre-launch systems checks
    • Assist with the efficient roll-out of new software
    • Support software users when necessary
    • Monitor systems implementation and usage and identifying exceptions and escalate appropriately.
    • Compile and submit reports for auditing purposes and implement suggestions

    Effective administration

    • Order new equipment as and when required
    • Support Operations on repairs processes for equipment maintenance
    • Provide ongoing information regarding relevant policies, processes and procedures
    • Conduct regular required audits
    • Capture project-specific data and ensure quality and accuracy

    Do you have?

    • Minimum Qualifications: Graduate / PG / Certification (Systems, MIS or BI tool)
    • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Support / analytical environment preferably within FMCG

    Job Summary:

    To ensure that set sales targets and objectives are met, route to market & area assigned optimisation. To further establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.

    Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

    Sales and Target Planning

    • Plan daily sales route calls
    • Plan sell out target by SKU for each customer in keeping with overall secondary sales target in plan.
    • Review at the end of each planned journey against target

    Selling and Distribution

    Administration

    • Maintain all sales administration records in an up-to-date, accurate and neat manner.
    • Submit specified reports on time – done through the mobility
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
    • Manage key customers in mapped territories

    Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary education
    • 6 months or more experience in the FMCG Industry as a sales representative
    • Driver's licence
