    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes. 
    • This role is perfect for someone passionate about developing efficient, cost-effective solutions and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
    • As a key component of our engineering team, you will work closely with other engineers and departments to design and implement machinery and processes that increase productivity, sustainability, and product quality. 
    • Support the development of Frutta beverage e dispenser fluidics systems through all aspects of the iterative design process including Alpha design/build/test cycles as well as Beta builds and field trials.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
    • Design and test manufacturing products, overseeing installation of machinery and equipment.
    • Assess and analyze current manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
    • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Provide technical support and training to other teams and stakeholders.
    • Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engineering operations.

    Job Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years’ of product development experience engineering fluidics or electromechanical systems.
    • Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting complex electromechanical devices.
    • Ability to understand and identify the best path to solution, whether it’s testing, computational modelling or analytical.
    • Adapt to evolving working environments and quickly adopt new tools to improve quality, productivity, and communications.

    Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

    Job Summary

    • As the Head of FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of our manufacturing company.
    • You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting.
    • You will be a key business partner to the leadership team, providing them with insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement the overall FP&A strategy, aligning it with the company's broader financial goals.
    • Partner with business unit leaders to develop and maintain accurate annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
    • Oversee the forecasting process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial projections.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, capital expenditures, pricing models etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior FP&A leadership role, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
    • Membership to the any of the professional bodies ICAN, ACCA, CFA
    • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field (desired).
    • Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior management.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Experience with ERP system (SAP) and financial modeling software.
    • Strong understanding of IFRS and manufacturing accounting practices.

    Filler, Tetra pack Machine Operator

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Machine Operator who is responsible for support operations involved in the production of finished product cases. The Packaging Operator must perform cleaning and sanitation requirements to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

    Function Related Activities

    • Production Operators are responsible for operating and maintaining all or some of the following equipment: Casers, Depalletizers, Palletizers, Single Filers, Laners, Conveyors, Ink Jet Coders and Forklifts.
    • Daily operation of packaging equipment safely and efficiently to produce top quality products
    • Troubleshoot machinery
    • Assist with product/package/code changes on empty bottle depalletization
    • Complete and accurately document all activities during shift
    • Maintain equipment per manufacturers and internal specifications by ensuring the completion of PM’s, initiating work orders, and integrating into the maintenance team during rebuilds and supplementary repairs.
    • Perform all Packaging Operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical/manual cleaning for all other areas.
    • Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. If out of specification conditions are observed, notify responsible personnel and assist in resolution as appropriate.
    • Participation in pre-shift meetings, team assignments and audits.
    • Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, GMP and all CCNA rules and policies. Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
    • All other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma required.
    • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and be capable of learning SAP Inventory Management and LIS software programs.
    • Candidates must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English.
    • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Must be able to multi-task in a fast- paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision.
