    Marketing Assistant

    Job Brief

    • The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with our external marketing efforts, strategy, creating and setting up tracking links for all campaigns, and assisting with retail / offline marketing activities.
    • The Marketing Assistant will report to the Head of Growth and Marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and schedule planned marketing campaigns for respective digital channels.
    • Assist with digital ads management
    • Work with marketing and product teams to increase user retention and activation
    • Assist with competitor analysis by reviewing and reporting what competitors are doing.
    • Work with the product teams and marketing teams to increase user awareness of campaigns and company activities.
    • Creating and updating copies for Google Search Campaigns based on trending sports or betting activities.
    • Reporting on marketing activities as requested by the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
    • Assisting with other task as may be requested by the Head of Marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field.
    • 1-3 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and analytics
    • Good understanding of marketing principles
    • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
    • Experience in brand and marketing strategy
    • Excellent knowledge of MS office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online Analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
    • Good organizational skills and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
    • Great people skill.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Job Description

    • We wish to engage the services of a mechanical engineer (computer literate to be precise) who can advance their career with our company.
    • Our own type of engineering deals with serving and repair of heavy duty equipment, DRF machines, having experience in this area of engineering will an advantage.

    Sales Support Representative

    Job Role

    • The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the service team and actively promote the sale of spare parts and after sales services.

    Main Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate and ensure all preventative maintenance (PM) services are performed within the prescribed timeframe.
    • Schedule technicians as efficiently as possible to perform PM servicing, repairs and corrective maintenance.
    • Ensure all repairs and damages are reported on each machine.
    • Process internal and external client spare parts orders.
    • Assist in locating the correct spare part numbers for internal & external clients.
    • Co-ordinate all spare parts orders and deliveries.
    • Invoice for spares parts sales and after sales services.
    • Perform other tasks as directed.

    Requirements
    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Mechanical handling, port, industrial operations / Heavy equipment background
    • Pro-active individual with a can do attitude
    • Ability to constantly deliver excellent levels of customer service
