Annual & Monthly Plan: Develop annual, monthly and other seasonal marketing plans and ideas based on the company’s Marketing Policies for offline and online communications.
Concept Creation, Implementation & Leadership: Responsible for all content concept creation and engagement creation across all social media platforms, website blog & Emails.
Relationship Management: Responsible for all proposals, follow-ups and all relationships relating to the companies marketing plan e.g., influencers, partners, and event planning.
Research: Provide monthly, annual research reports on trend-spotting, Latest events, programmes and the growth of the company with regards to communications shall be handled by the officer. Issues around Customer Perception Management, Surveys, Innovation Pipelines, and so on.
Channel Management & Strategy: Create strategies and ideas to optimize all company's marketing channels and partnerships and reports of such would be included in D above.
Product Development: Develop new, existing products from the Marketing & Communication’s Point along with the MD and QAC Manager.
Education, Skills and Competence
Minimum of HND or BSc in any Discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Digital Marketing Profession
Content Marketing skills
Proficient in Microsoft's office applications
Digital Marketing Skills - Social media, Email, Influencer engagement, SEO, Google Ads e.t.c.
