Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals to meet performance targets.
Identify new sales leads.
Pitch products and services
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Ensure quality of service to clients meets the required standards.
Hire, train, and evaluate employees.
Ensure that daily activities align with the company’s goals.
Develop and implement budgets.
Reporting directly to the head SE
Provide input to and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in business development and sales.
A graduate of Business Management, marketing or any related field
Must reside in Enugu or be willing to relocate.
Females are most preferred but not compulsory.
Above 30 years of age.
Must be computer literate and able to use Ms offices.
