    Marketer

    Role Overview

    • We are a multi-sector organization operating across Health & Wellness, Real Estate, Technology, and Education, and we’re expanding our leadership team.
    • We are seeking an experienced Marketer to drive brand visibility and revenue growth across our portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
    • Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
    • Manage campaigns across digital and offline channels
    • Track performance metrics and optimize marketing initiatives for results

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on marketing experience
    • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue
    • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills

    Salary
    N350,000 - N400,000 per month.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with Nigeria laws and company regulations
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    • Handle disciplinary processes and performance management
    • Advise management on HR and people-management strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) are an added advantage
    • Experience as HR Manager
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian laws and HR best practices
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills.

    Salary
    N300,000 / month (per role)

    • We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Admin/Customer Service Officer to manage front-desk operations and support daily administrative activities.
