Job Brief

• A leading consulting, learning, and human development organization dedicated to helping individuals and businesses unlock their potential and achieve excellence is looking for a Training facilitator responsible for the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs (physical, virtual, hybrid) in line with approved curriculum.
• Deliver content using adult learning principles and experiential methodology.
• Adapt delivery style to suit frontline staff, executive, mid-level, and C-suite managers.
• Contribute to programme design, review and update training slides, manuals, case studies, etc.
• Align training objectives with clients' expectations and support proposal input where required.
• Maintain high delivery standards consistent with the firm's reputation.
• Ensure training materials are error-free and professionally presented, etc.

Requirements

• ND / B.Sc in Education, Social Science, Business Administration, or any related field. (Master's degree is an advantage)
• 4-5 years of proven track experience in corporate training, consulting, organizational development, or learning and development.
• High executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skills, and
• Ability to simplify complex concepts with instructional design capability.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
