Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and brand visibility
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients
• Promote hotel services through direct marketing, digital platforms, and field engagement
• Manage client relationships and follow up on leads to ensure deal closure
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Familiarity with Abuja market dynamics is a plus
