    Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO)

    Role Overview

    • The MD/CEO will have full P&L responsibility and will lead the company’s strategic, commercial, and operational agenda. The role requires a strong blend of business leadership, technology understanding, and commercial execution, particularly within the printer, document management, or enterprise IT services ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive sustainable growth and profitability
    • Lead sales, operations, technical, and support teams to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for printer hardware, consumables, and managed print services
    • Drive key enterprise and institutional relationships, including OEM partners, distributors, and major corporate clients
    • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization
    • Ensure effective contract management, SLA delivery, and service quality
    • Strengthen corporate governance, risk management, and compliance practices
    • Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
    • Represent the company with stakeholders, regulators, and strategic partners

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ progressive experience in IT, technology services, printer/print solutions, or related sectors
    • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (MD, CEO, COO, Business Director, or equivalent)
    • Strong understanding of printer hardware, managed print services, consumables, and service contracts
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational scale
    • Experience working with OEMs (e.g., HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Epson, etc.) is a strong advantage
    • Solid grasp of enterprise sales, B2B contracting, and service delivery models
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cash flow, and P&L
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable
    • Relevant professional certifications in management, technology, or finance are an added advantage

    Business Development Director / Head of Growth

    Role Overview

    • The Business Development Director / Head of Growth is responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across printer hardware, managed print services, and enterprise IT solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute growth and business development strategies
    • Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, and public sector opportunities
    • Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
    • Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives
    • Monitor market trends and competitive activity
    • Maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

    Key Requirements

    • 8–12 years’ experience in business development or commercial leadership roles
    • Strong background in B2B and enterprise solution sales
    • Proven success closing high-value and long-cycle deals
    • Experience in printer hardware, MPS, or enterprise IT services is an advantage
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
    • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
