    Maintenance Technician (Elevator)

    Department: Elevator
    Reports To: Operations Manager

    Duties

    • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of system components and to select the equipment needed for installation
    • Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications
    • Dismantle elevator or escalator units in order to gain access to remove and replace defective parts, using hoists, ladders, and hand/power tools.
    • Repair and/or replace faulty components in order to return elevator to fully operational status.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of elevators and escalators on a scheduled basis to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
    • Keep service records of all maintenance and repair tasks
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum of Certificate of apprenticeship in Mechanical works.
    • Trade Test in relevant courses / OND in Mechanical Engineering or HND / B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering will be a plus.
    • 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as an Elevator Installation Mechanical Field Officer.

    • Knowledge and understanding of Elevators and Escalator.
    • Electrical and mechanical safety procedures.
    • Lockout/tag out Procedures.
    • Appropriate electrical and mechanical personal protective equipment (PPE).

    Sales Executive (B2B)

    Brief Description

    • Promote and sell Company’s products and services that matches with the needs and requirements of customers. Build and maintain positive and long-term relationship with new and existing clients.

    Duties

    • Achieving Sales & Collection as per the prescribed target.
    • Visiting potential corporates / institutions, introducing our producing range to the corporates for their promotions and self-purchases and Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiate sales prices and discounts.
    • Develop sales forecast plan that successfully meets the company's overall business plan and strategy working with the sales team and ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
    • Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
    • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Management.
    • Contribute to financial process excellence and increase customer satisfaction by building scores for measurement and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

    • Ensuring the registration of Jamara with potential corporates and intuitions

    • Making frequent casual phone calls to all customers to keep in touch.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Jamara Home (Online Sales Portal-In House)
    • Online Back Office Task ( Jonline) - Uploading of : Products, Prices, Stock, Pictures & Content.
    • Jonline Update Order, Delivery Status & Cancellation – Double check and reconciliation with Power BI /AX info.
    • Data Analysis – (Report Analysis – All segments) KA Reports + Price Benchmarking (All Segments - Online + KA + OM) + Secondary Sales Report ( All Segments) + Management Reports.
    • Online Partners
    • Online Back Office Task (Online Partners) – Uploading of: Products, Prices, Stock, Pictures & Content.
    • Online Sales Ex. (Partners) - Sales, Collection, Delivery, Account Reconciliation, Stock-Inbound & Claims.
    • Communicating delivery date and time to the Logistic team via phone and mail, follow up on delivery with logistic team, Online partner team on delivery and inbounding of items

    • Liaising with logistic for delivery over phone and sending order details
    • Delivery follow-up with Logistic and customer.

    Minimum Requirements
