    Logistics & Fulfilment Lead

    • As the Logistics and Fulfilment Lead for our beauty and lifestyle company specializing in skincare and home fragrances, you will play a key role in managing the logistics and fulfilment operations. You will oversee daily activities related to supply chain management, inventory control, and order fulfilment to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage a team of logistics and fulfilment professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
    • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for team members and monitor progress towards goals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on delivering high-quality service and meeting operational targets.

    Supply Chain Coordination:

    • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, components, and finished products.
    • Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to optimize supply chain processes and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

    Order Processing and Fulfilment:

    • Supervise order processing activities, including order receipt, picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
    • Implement quality control measures and order accuracy checks to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Liaise with customer service and sales teams to address order-related issues and inquiries promptly.

    Logistics Coordination:

    • Coordinate transportation activities, including carrier selection, route planning, and freight management, to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of shipments.
    • Monitor transportation performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and transit times, and address any issues or delays as needed.
    • Collaborate with logistics partners and service providers to negotiate contracts, rates, and service levels.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee all aspects of logistics and fulfilment operations, including order processing, shipping/receiving, and delivery.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.

    Customer Service Support:

    • Liaise with customer service and sales teams to address order-related issues, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
    • Implement processes and procedures to enhance customer service levels and improve the overall customer experience.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
    • Strong understanding of transportation logistics, freight management, and carrier relationships.
    • Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs clearance processes, and international trade documentation.

    SOFT SKILLS

    • Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and inspire a team of logistics professionals to achieve performance targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve operational challenges and address customer concerns effectively.
    • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field required.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and fulfilment roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
    • Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is advantageous.

    Sales Associate

    • As a Sales Associate at our beauty and lifestyle company specializing in skincare and home fragrances, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and facilitating customer interactions within the company. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will assist in sales activities, provides product information to customers, and ensures a positive shopping experience.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Customer Engagement:

    • Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
    • Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

    Sales Support:
