    Logistics Assistant

    Overview

    • FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics operations within a fast-paced distribution environment.
    • The successful candidate will assist in coordinating driver activities, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics processes.
    • This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with field teams to achieve operational targets.
    • Ultimately, you will support efficient logistics operations, ensure accountability, and contribute to consistent and timely service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations
    • Support daily logistics planning, including dispatch schedules and route coordination
    • Monitor driver activities, attendance, and compliance with company policies
    • Track deliveries and report delays or operational issues promptly
    • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and delivery activities
    • Ensure proper communication between drivers and the operations team
    • Support resolution of basic driver-related issues and escalate when necessary
    • Assist in monitoring vehicle usage and reporting maintenance needs.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role
    • Basic experience working with drivers or field staff is an advantage
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
    • Basic understanding of logistics processes and route planning
    • High level of accountability and attention to detail.

    Remuneration
    Salary: N127,000 monthly + N30,000 performance-based incentive.

    ‎Social Media Content Executive

    ‎Role Summary

    • ‎We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented and disciplined Social Media Executive to plan, create, post and manage high-converting content across RLG Cosmetics’ social platforms while maintaining strict brand standards, accuracy and consistency.

    ‎Key Responsibilities

    • Create video content on her face engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
    • Create content that drives awareness, trust, enquires and sales
    • ‎Write strong captions aligned with RLG’s brand voice
    • Ensure correct product names, pricing, spacing, grammar and formatting in all posts
    • Coordinate content for launches, campaigns, testimonials, education and product awareness
    • Work with management to translate offers into compelling content
    • ‎Monitor trends and adapt them to RLG Cosmetics in a brand-safe way
    • Support story posting, reels, community engagement and content performance tracking
    • Maintain visual consistency with brand colors, aesthetics and concise design standards
    • Ensure content is posted on time and according to plan

    Work Type:

    ‎Marketing Lead

    ‎Role Summary

    • ‎We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead to drive awareness, leads, customer acquisition and revenue for RLG Cosmetics.
    • This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns that generate qualified daily enquiries and profitable sales across digital platforms.

    ‎Key Responsibilities

    • ‎Develop and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, offers and evergreen sales that drive demand.
    • ‎Drive qualified leads from ads into WhatsApp, Instagram DM and website
    • Work closely with sales/customer service to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
    • ‎Oversee campaign messaging, hooks, creatives and offer positioning
    • ‎Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lower cost per lead and higher ROI
