    ‎Social Media Content Executive

    ‎Role Summary

    • ‎We are hiring a creative, detail-oriented and disciplined Social Media Executive to plan, create, post and manage high-converting content across RLG Cosmetics’ social platforms while maintaining strict brand standards, accuracy and consistency.

    ‎Key Responsibilities

    • Create video content on her face engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
    • Create content that drives awareness, trust, enquires and sales
    • ‎Write strong captions aligned with RLG’s brand voice
    • Ensure correct product names, pricing, spacing, grammar and formatting in all posts
    • Coordinate content for launches, campaigns, testimonials, education and product awareness
    • Work with management to translate offers into compelling content
    • ‎Monitor trends and adapt them to RLG Cosmetics in a brand-safe way
    • Support story posting, reels, community engagement and content performance tracking
    • Maintain visual consistency with brand colors, aesthetics and concise design standards
    • Ensure content is posted on time and according to plan

    • Content consistency and timeliness
    • Engagement quality
    • Enquiry generation from content
    • Accuracy and minimal corrections
    • Brand compliance
    • ‎Support for sales and campaign performance
    • ‎Must know how to use makeup, and makeup product knowledge.

    ‎‎Ideal Candidate

    • Strong content creation and caption writing skills
    • Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for careless errors
    • Understands beauty marketing and social selling
    • Organized, proactive and coachable
    • Must be able to create content that converts, not just looks good.

    Work Type:

    • Hybrid/Remote (based on business needs) 3 times a week physical and work from home.
    • Off days every once a week ensuring social media post is up.
