    Live/TV / Social Media Presenter

    Key Responsibilities

    • Host and present live broadcasts, webinars, and TV-style segments, both scripted and unscripted.
    • Lead live sessions across social platforms (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live), engaging audiences in real time.
    • Conduct on-camera interviews with guests, students, partners, and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
    • Deliver presenter-led video content including announcements, product walkthroughs, explainer segments, and event coverage.
    • Collaborate with the production and content teams on run-of-show scripts, segment structure, and talking points.
    • Read and deliver scripted content naturally and fluently, including from teleprompters or autocue where required.
    • Think and respond quickly during live, unscripted moments — handling technical hiccups, audience questions, and unexpected turns with composure.
    • Represent Univacity at events, campus visits, fairs, and partner functions as an on-camera host or MC.
    • Work closely with the video and editing team on pre-production planning and post-production feedback.
    • Maintain a consistent on-screen persona aligned with Univacity's brand voice and values.

    Requirements

    Presenting & Broadcast Requirements

    • Demonstrable on-camera presence with natural charisma, clear diction, and confident body language.
    • Strong public speaking and verbal communication skills, with the ability to sustain energy over long live sessions.
    • Comfort with both scripted delivery and improvisation — able to recover from mistakes and keep a broadcast flowing.
    • Experience operating in live broadcast or live-streaming environments, including familiarity with autocue, in-ear cues, or floor direction.
    • Ability to interview guests naturally, ask engaging follow-up questions, and keep conversations on track and on time.
    • Versatility across tone and format — equally credible hosting a formal panel discussion and a casual, fast-paced social media live.

    Study Abroad Counselor / Student Advisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Counsel prospective students one-on-one (in person, by phone, or via video call) to understand their academic goals, budget, and preferences, and recommend suitable study destinations, institutions, and programs.
    • Guide students through the entire application process, including documentation, personal statements, recommendation letters, and institution-specific requirements.
    • Advise students on visa application procedures, financial documentation, and compliance requirements for their target countries.
    • Track each student's application pipeline from initial inquiry to offer acceptance and enrollment, ensuring timely follow-up at every stage.
    • Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, colleges, and institutions abroad to stay current on admission requirements, deadlines, and program offerings.
    • Conduct pre-departure briefings covering accommodation, cultural adjustment, academic expectations, and logistics.
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records within Univacity's CRM/platform, logging interactions, document status, and next steps.
    • Address student and parent concerns with patience and clarity, managing expectations around timelines, costs, and outcomes.
    • Stay current on changes to immigration policy, visa regulations, and admissions trends across key study destinations (UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support webinars, info sessions, and outreach events for prospective students.
    • Meet individual and team targets for student applications, conversions, and successful enrollments.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling, international student advising, or education consulting.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully guiding students through university applications and visa processes.
    • Strong working knowledge of admissions requirements and visa procedures for at least two major study destinations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with students and parents.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of student cases simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, or a related field.

    Preferred Skills & Attributes

    • Personal experience studying or living abroad.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems or student management platforms.
    • Existing network of contacts at partner universities or institutions.
    • Multilingual ability.
    • Experience with scholarship or financial aid advising.

    Travel Agent / Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with clients to understand travel purpose, budget, preferences, and constraints, and recommend suitable destinations, packages, and itineraries.
    • Plan and book flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, and travel insurance for business, leisure, and tourism clients.
    • Advise clients on visa requirements, travel documentation, and entry regulations for their destination countries.
    • Source and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners to deliver value for clients.
    • Manage end-to-end trip logistics, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments.
    • Provide destination expertise — local customs, safety considerations, best times to travel, and experience recommendations.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a travel agent, travel consultant, or in a related travel/tourism advisory role.
    • Demonstrated experience booking and managing travel for multiple trip types (business, leisure, group tourism).
    • Working knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation across major destinations.
    • Familiarity with airline booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) or travel agency software.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client bookings and itineraries simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to handle stressful, time-sensitive situations calmly.
    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience.

    Visa Consultant / Agent

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess client eligibility and advise on the appropriate visa category (student, tourist, business, work, etc.) based on their travel or relocation purpose.
    • Guide clients through the full visa application process, including documentation requirements, form completion, and submission procedures.
    • Review and verify client documents for accuracy and compliance with destination-country immigration requirements before submission.
    • Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities, and track application status through to decision.
    • Advise clients on financial documentation, sponsorship letters, invitation letters, and other supporting evidence required for approval.

    • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration agencies on behalf of clients where appropriate.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a visa consultant, immigration agent, or in a related immigration advisory role.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully processed visa applications across at least two categories (student, tourist, business, or work).
    • Strong working knowledge of immigration requirements and documentation standards for multiple destination countries.
    • Relevant training, certification, or accreditation in immigration consulting (e.g., regulated immigration consultant credentials, embassy-recognized training, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong record of accurate, compliant documentation.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases without compromising accuracy.
    • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

    Preferred Skills & Attributes

    • Formal immigration consulting certification or membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ICCRC/CICC, MARA, OISC, or equivalent in your jurisdiction).
    • Existing relationships or experience liaising directly with embassies or consulates.
    • Experience handling refusals, appeals, or complex case histories.
    • Multilingual ability.
    • Familiarity with case management or immigration tracking software.
    • Knowledge of corporate/work visa sponsorship processes.
