Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (LL.B) in Law. 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and corporate regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work
• independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements.
• Provide legal support and advice on corporate matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel when required.
