    Leaseing Manager

    Job Description

    • Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
    • Scouting for prospective lessees.
    • Directing guided tours of each rental.
    • Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees.
    • Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
    • Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.
    • Addressing and recording all rule violations.
    • Renewing lease agreements, if desired.
    • Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.
    • Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma.
    • Receipt of a pertinent Real Estate certificate is advantageous.
    • Demonstrable experience as a Leasing Manager.
    • Well-honed marketing abilities.
    • Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly.
    • Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Considerate of outgoing tenants.
    • Must hold a university degree.
    • Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in roles associated with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations or similar industries

    Quality Control supervisor - Magboro

    Job Description

    • Conduct incoming Materials inspection activities to ensure products meet the required specification.
    • Monitor production processes and ensure they are in compliance with the company quality and food safety specifications.
    • Record and maintain quality control, food safety, product evaluation & sampling documents to verify compliance. 4. Identify issues that could affect product quality in production and take corrective action
    • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
    • Maintain compliance of implemented programs such as good manufacturing practice (GMP), Good hygienic practice, HACCP, Food safety & Quality Management standards in the facility.
    • Conduct quality control audits in the facility and ensure the implementation of corrective action.
    • Participate in Regulatory inspections, Internal and external audit.
    • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.

    Qualifications

    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft, excel, power point etc)
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills
    • Attention to details.
    • Problem-solving skills
    • B.Sc. in Food science and Technology or related Field.
    • Knowledge of Quality Control.
    • HACCP understanding and practical experience.
    • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 is an added advantage.
    • 2 years or more of proven work experience as a QC supervisor in the Food industry.

    Property Acquisition Manager

    Job Description

    • Collect property financial information: Collect information concerning the previous transactions involving the property, such as the prices at which the property had been previously sold and the costs that went into renovations and repairs, in order to obtain a clear image of the property’s value.
    • Analyse market financial trends: Monitor and forecast the tendencies of a financial market to move in a particular direction over time.
    • Strive for company growth: Develop strategies and plans aiming at achieving a sustained company growth, be the company self-owned or somebody else’s. Strive with actions to increase revenues and positive cash flows.
    • Liaise with financiers: Liaise with people willing to finance the project. Negotiate deals and contracts.
    • Advise on property value: Provide advise to those that own a property, professionals in real estate, or prospective clients in real estate on the current monetary value of a property, the potential of development in order to increase the value, and other relevant information concerning the value of the in the future developments of the real estate market.
    • Provide cost benefit analysis reports: Prepare, compile and communicate reports with broken down cost analysis on the proposal and budget plans of the company. Analyse the financial or social costs and benefits of a project or investment in advance over a given period of time.
    • Create a financial plan: Develop a financial plan according to financial and client regulations, including an investor profile, financial advice, and negotiation and transaction plans.
    • Negotiate with property owners: Negotiate with owners of properties who wish to rent or sell them in order to obtain the most beneficial agreement for the potential renter or buyer.
    • Identify customer’s needs: Use appropriate questions and active listening in order to identify customer expectations, desires and requirements according to product and services.
    • Advise on financial matters: Consult, advise, and propose solutions with regards to financial management such as acquiring new assets, incurring in investments, and tax efficiency methods.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience leading talent acquisition teams preferred
    • Work experience within an “in-house” or “corporate” recruitment function combined with experience in a contingency and/or retained search firm environment highly desired
    • Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced, intense environment
    • Must be organized and able to schedule work effectively with minimal supervision
    • Must exhibit discretion with confidential information
    • Create offer proposals utilizing market data and draft offer letters upon acceptance of verbal offer
    • Must hold a university degree.
    • Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in roles associated with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations or similar industries
