    Learning and Development Officer

    The Learning and Development Officer supports the implementation of training and development initiatives aimed at strengthening employee capability and operational effectiveness.
    The role coordinates the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization to ensure employees possess the skills required to perform effectively and support business objectives.

    Required profile

    Training Content Development & Learning coordination

    • Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programs for employees across departments and branches.
    • Develop and update training content, learning materials, and facilitator guides aligned with organizational training needs and operational priorities.
    • Create engaging learning resources including presentations, case studies, job aids, and digital learning materials to support effective knowledge transfer.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and reflective of current policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Continuously review and improve training materials based on participant feedback, learning outcomes, and evolving business needs. Organize logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant coordination.
    • Ensure training sessions are delivered effectively and align with organizational priorities.

    Training Delivery & Facilitation

    • Support the design and facilitation of training sessions for operational and professional staff.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
    • Facilitate selected training sessions where required.

    Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

    • Conduct training evaluation surveys to assess participant satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
    • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods
    • Monitor training outcomes to ensure programs contribute to improved employee performance.

    Learning Administration & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of training participation and learning activities.
    • Track training completion rates and generate reports for HR leadership.
    • Ensure proper documentation of training materials and resources.

    Onboarding Support

    • Support onboarding programs for newly recruited employees to facilitate integration into the organization.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions for CROs and ensure they receive required training materials.
    • Assist in conducting follow-up engagement sessions with new hires.
