    Learning and Development Manager

    Role Description

    • The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective training and development programs.
    • This role involves managing learning management systems, instructional design, leadership development, and various training initiatives aimed at enhancing the professional growth and development of our employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs.
    • Manage and maintain the company's learning management system (LMS).
    • Design and deliver instructional materials and training sessions.
    • Lead leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
    • MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development or related fields.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
    • CIPM (Chartered institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) Certification is required.
    • Expertise in training and development, learning management, and instructional design.
    • Proven experience in leadership development.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

    Electrical Technician

    Job Description

    • The Electrical Technicianwill be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and systems throughout our facilities.
    • This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
    • Perform installation and testing of electrical systems and components.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve system performance.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the mining industry.
    • Must have the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to work in a team.
    • Candidates living in close proximity to Kadunaand its environs are preferred.
    • Must be available to resume immediately.
