    Job Description

    • The Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, planning, development and implementation of new products.
    • Determining customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
    • Product enhancements for the product as well as of other digital platforms.
    • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
    • Managing new offerings and enhancements throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Collaborating with business lines and other teams in defining the product vision
    • Develop roadmaps and working closely with technology partners, and key business stakeholders to deliver and maintain profitable solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
    • Supporting Business Lines and Marketing in promoting the products and ensuring revenue, business value, and client loyalty goals are met.

    Operations Intern

    Job description

    As part of our continued growth plans we are seeking to recruit a Research and Operations intern, which would suit a recent graduate looking to gain some experience in the Financial consulting industry. This internship is for a 12 month period with the possibility that the role will develop into a permanent position.

    The role will play an integral part in assisting with the firms operations side of the business by having responsibility for dealing with our numerous clients, partners as well as processing transactions. The role will also involve operational duties including Documentation, Research, Data analysis and Transaction tracking with our clients. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and you should be comfortable working with figures.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide support in managing day-to-day office operations and processes while supporting other functions across the board.
    • Recordkeeping, updating, and maintaining departmental files.
    • Despatch of documents and letters to clients, banks, and tax office.
    • Staying in touch with clients to update and follow up on progress
    • Render administrative support by assisting in generating timely and appropriate research materials.
    • Tracking and ensuring we hit our timelines
    • Processing deposits and final payments from clients
    • Reconciliation of invoices from partners

    Skills, Knowledge and Experience

    • A real people person who enjoys working as part of a team
    • An excellent command of both written and spoken English and strong numerical skills are required. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Grade in Mathematics and English or equivalent qualification
    • Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
    • A high level of motivation and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative in a small entrepreneurial business
    • Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with spreadsheets
    • Problem solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
    • A strong commitment to excellent customer service and exceeding expectations

    Human Resource Manager

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
    • Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs
    • Secure professional legal support from external legal counsel as required
    • Assist in articulation of the values and culture of the organisation
    • Work with CEO, COO and CTO to identify human resources problems/issues and provides leadership and support in finding solutions
    • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
    • Create and manage a formal performance review process

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
    • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
    • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
    • Attention to detail and good judgement
