    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are currently in search of a Talent acquisition Specialist on full term engagement who will handle the talent acquisition cycle from recruitment to exit.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effectively utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn and social channels to source candidates
    • Demonstrate success in direct sourcing techniques to include cold calling and internet searches
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Determine selection criteria – Design JDs and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Create strong talent pipelines for the Organization
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
    • Gain market intelligence including and understanding of the talent landscape
    • And other duties as assigned

    Bid Engineer

    Job Summary

    • To support the acquisition of new projects and project bids by conducting analysis on new business opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Preparation of proposals to clients in various areas of company interest
    • Preparation of bids; response to clients tenders either soft or hard copies
    • Monitor Nipex portal and other portals for opportunities
    • Meeting with contacts for bids tendered for or about to be tendered for
    • Sourcing for vendors in various areas of interest of the company
    • Getting intelligent inside information from contacts on proposals and areas to look out for
    • Sourcing for partners for bids and to execute projects
    • Research market opportunities the company can engage in
    • Sourcing for business from contacts in various areas of business
    • Take up NCD roles as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences or Business Administration related field.
    • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years cognate work experience preferably within a reputable and structured business environment
