    Learning and Development Associate

    This role will be responsible for ensuring the continuous implementation of effective learning and development initiatives in Reliance Health, which includes creation and delivery of learning programs, the establishment of learning tools and processes, supporting employees participating in internal and external learning programs.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Manage course development and delivery projects in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external providers.
    • Develop, implement and evaluate course packages that are engaging, support internal learning, and where possible are delivered via an online learning system.
    • Consider learning objectives, consult with subject matter experts and source relevant information to develop relevant and contemporary content.
    • Contribute to the identification and design of tools to automate and streamline processes within the Learning and Development team and when connecting with the broader organization
    • Identify learning needs in accordance with the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
    • Develop appropriate review and assessment structure to ensure learning interventions effectively meet clearly set learning objectives.
    • Track companywide employee learning data and deploy initiatives based on insight.
    • Facilitate relevant “in-house” training sessions, both online and face to face.
    • Develop the capacity of internal training facilitators within key teams to support core training programs.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Tertiary education from a recognised institution
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing learning and development initiatives.
    • Experience with training and assessment, training management and facilitation.
    • Proven ability to collaborate and consult to obtain relevant information from subject matter experts.
    • Experience working with data insights to deploy appropriate learning interventions.
    • Experience with the use and/or development of technology to support learning, including practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
    • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Performance Management Associate

    This role will be responsible for ensuring a performance-driven culture, through the continuous implementation of effective performance management initiatives in Reliance Health; which includes designing performance improvement frameworks, driving a performance-driven organisation.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Develop and maintain a framework to maintain high performance in the organisation.
    • Lead, direct & coordinate the development and implementation of a performance management system.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on the performance management framework and all performance relates issues.
    • Manage the performance review process, coordinate post-appraisals meetings & ensuring implementation of outcomes.
    • Coordinate performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
    • Track companywide employee performance data and deploy initiatives based on insight.
    • Ensure a performance improvement plan is in place for underperforming employees.
    • Ensure compliance with all policies related to performance management.

    Recruitment Analyst

    This role is tasked with all administrative duties related to all recruitment activities and ensuring a hitch-free candidate journey in the recruitment process.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Update and manage job posts in Applicant Tracking Systems and relevant job boards and social networks.
    • Prepare recruitment/candidate profiles.
    • Coordinate relevant assessments and interviews between candidates and assessors/interviewers.
    • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage the candidate journey in each recruitment process.
    • Design search strategies and identify, map and pipeline or approach the spectrum of candidates that meet the various role requirements. 
    • Source qualified candidates from various channels including social media, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
    • Support with Onboarding activities including orientation
    • Manage recruitment surveys and analytics.
    • Review and suggest system improvements or new systems.
    • Support other People Operations activities as necessary.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Tertiary education from a recognised institution
    • 0 - 2 years’ post-NYSC experience, HR experience is an added advantage.
    • Training and/certification in human resource management is an added advantage.
    • Very good research and analytical skill. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Employee Experience Associate

    This role is primarily tasked with curating and executing initiatives, programs and activities that ensure all employees in Reliance Health have a good experience working in the company.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Lead the curation of engagement and culture programs and initiatives that best supports the organisation’s growth strategy.
    • Analyze engagement data to understand the trends and key predictors that drive strong culture and engagement. Use this data to prioritize areas of opportunity.
    • Conduct regular Rhoman Engagement surveys to know and understand the pulse of the organisation.
    • Drive the awareness, commitment and accountability of relevant internal employee experience and engagement stakeholders.
    • Identifies and recommends strategies to address current and future employee engagement needs.
    • Supports in establishing a positive and engaging workplace culture by effectively facilitating and resolving employee relations matters.
    • Manage all requests from employees and external stakeholders on matters such as references, immigration letters, etc.
    • Manage the employee offboarding process.
    • Manage the digitalization process of all people experience platforms eg help desks, HRMS, etc
    • Manage all employee data, ensuring they are updated, easily retrievable and safely kept.
    • Manage and standardise employee experience led processes such as leave policies, flexible working, immigration, relocation, etc.
    • Manage and coordinate all people-related communications.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Tertiary education from a recognised institution
    • Minimum 3 years human resource management experience, with minimum 2 years curating and executing effective people experience and engagement initiatives.
    • Excellent stakeholder relations and conflict resolution skills.
    • Very good research and analytical skill. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
