A reputable agile product owner/manager certification is a great asset.
Portfolio of successful products
Understand agile product management approach with extensive experience with SCRUM, KABAN and LEAN methodologies.
Numbers driven with a sound commercial acumen.
Understand product metrics with strong familiarity with CAC, TAU including user/business-oriented metrics.
Perform in-depth market research and analysis to identify issues, frictions and/or opportunities.
Define user stories, data mapping, process flow, and other artifacts to facilitate and drive product development.
Comfortable with agile tools such as Trello, Jira, Ms Office, Slack, Canva etc.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
