    Store (Warehouse) Manager

    Job Summary

    • Oak Exclusive Designs Limited is seeking a highly organised and experienced Store/Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate stock control, and smooth distribution of our products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
    • Maintain and update inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies.
    • Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring quality control.
    • Implement best practices for stock handling, storage, and warehouse safety.
    • Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and supply chain activities to optimise efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and generate reports for management.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems (preferably Zoho Inventory) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Customer Care Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to provide excellent customer support and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
