Job Overview:

Lead and manage all aspects of security, asset protection, and safety compliance for the company’s manufacturing plant and inventory. The focus is on preventing pilferage, unauthorized access, and maintaining a secure, efficient operational environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and eliminate product pilferage (raw materials, finished goods, preforms). Enforce strict inventory control and movement procedures.
• Design and manage all physical security operations across the entire plant floor.
• Conduct daily vulnerability assessments and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Manage and enforce site-wide access control for all personnel and vehicles (employees, contractors, visitors).
• Manage, maintain, and optimize all electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) for optimal plant coverage.
• Lead all internal investigations related to theft, sabotage, and policy breaches, providing evidence-based reports for sanctions.
• Recruit, train, and directly manage all in-house and outsourced security personnel.
• Develop and implement simple, effective security policies (SOPs) that support factory efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years in Corporate Security, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role within a manufacturing or industrial plant.
• Hands-on experience with factory/production floor security, anti-pilferage strategies, and inventory protection.
• Strong investigative abilities, team leadership, risk assessment, and expert use of modern
• CCTV and access control technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
