    Human Resource Business Partner

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee any assigned portfolio and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Sourcing and hiring candidates within the stipulated time
    • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Proven work experience as an HR business partner and in consulting business will be an added advantage.
    • Full understanding of all HR functions with hands-on experience in recruitment.
    • Excellent people management skills.
    • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
    • Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

    Personal Assistant to the CEO

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Brief

    • We are currently recruiting Personal assistants to assist the CEO in performing all administrative and clerical duties required.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the CEO in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email, and voicemail.
    • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
    • Assist in the management and organization of the CEOs calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities, including running errands.
    • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
    • Assist in file organization
    • Perform a variety of office and personal errands.
    • Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at the office and/or residence.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • At least 3 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
    • Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on-call during weekends and after business hours.
    • Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction.
    • Ability to resolve complex administrative problems independently and perform tasks that are diverse and advanced.
    • Ability to problem solve and follow through on a variety of tasks.
    • Ability to work on business and personal items interchangeably.
    • Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge and extensive use of Microsoft Office and a good command of Excel is key.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.

    SME Marketer

    • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

    Chief Accountant

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Summary
    We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough chief accountant to join our firm. In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices, including overseeing payroll and taxes.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform financial analysis and report to management as needed.
    • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
    • Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
    • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
    • Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
    • Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
    • Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
    • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
    • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
    • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
    • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Master's degree and relevant certification(s)
    • Minimum of ten or more years related experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in management
    • In-depth understanding of regulatory policies
    • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
    • Expertise working with Quickbooks and financial statements
    • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details

    Remuneration
    N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
