    Human Resources Manager

    Our client, a premium herbal products brand with nationwide reach, Human Resources Manager is looking for an experienced HR professional to bolster its people strategy, improve team performance, and support ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong organisational cultures, managing talent, and supporting high-performing sales teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement for a rapidly expanding workforce.
    • Build and sustain a strong organisational culture that supports productivity, professionalism, and high-performing sales teams.
    • Develop and implement HR initiatives that directly enable sales effectiveness, staff motivation, and organisational growth.
    • Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring a strong pipeline for critical sales and operations roles.
    • Oversee performance management systems to enhance accountability, goal alignment, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide strategic HR advisory support to management and frontline sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational alignment.

    Person Specification

    • Minimum of a First Degree (BSc/HND) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, PHRi, SHRM) or an MBA is highly preferred.
    • 3–5 years HR experience, with 2–4 years supporting sales-driven or fast-paced commercial teams.
    • Strong knowledge and interpretation of Nigerian Labour Law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and organisational culture development.
    • Proven ability to support high-performing sales teams through structured HR systems and effective talent management.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage pressure, resolve conflict, and maintain confidentiality.
    • Tech-savvy, with practical experience using HR software, HRIS tools, and digital communication platforms.

    Branch Manager

The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background, the ability to train and motivate large teams, and a track record of performing in fast-paced environments.

    • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, operational excellence, and premium service delivery.
