    Finance & Accounts Officer

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Officer to support the company\'s financial operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax regulations.

    Location: Zaria, Kaduna State

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports for management review.
    • Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions.
    • Monitor cash flow and ensure the timely collection of receivables and payment of approved obligations.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
    • Assist in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Support financial planning by providing analysis of revenue, expenses, and operational costs.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including tax filings, pension contributions, VAT, PAYE, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities during audits and statutory reviews.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years\' experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the agribusiness, manufacturing, commodity trading, or FMCG sector.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems).
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

    Grain Quality Inspector

    Our client is seeking a meticulous and quality-focused Grain Quality Inspector to ensure that all incoming and outgoing agricultural commodities meet the company\'s quality standards and regulatory requirements. 

    Location: Zaria, Kaduna State.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing grains and agricultural commodities to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Collect representative samples using approved sampling techniques for laboratory and field analysis.
    • Determine moisture content, impurity levels, foreign matter, damaged grains, and other quality parameters using appropriate testing equipment.
    • Assess grain quality based on established grading standards and company specifications.
    • Recommend the acceptance, conditional acceptance, or rejection of commodities based on inspection findings.
    • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records for all inspections conducted.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards during inspection activities.
    • Monitor storage conditions and identify factors that may affect grain quality, including moisture, pest infestation, contamination, and spoilage.
    • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
    • Report quality deviations, non-conformities, and potential management risks promptly.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Agriculture, Food Science, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years\' experience in grain inspection, quality assurance, commodity trading, or agricultural processing.
    • Strong knowledge of grain grading standards, moisture testing, sampling procedures, and quality control processes.
    • Experience using grain inspection and moisture testing equipment.
    • Good understanding of agricultural commodity handling, storage, and quality preservation techniques.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

    Factory Officer

    Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Officer to coordinate and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with established quality standards

    Location: Zaria, Kaduna State.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
    • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities.
    • Supervise production personnel and allocate tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.

    • Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and factory operations.
    • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality management practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
