The Property Management Officer is responsible for identifying suitable properties, coordinating with brokers and agents, conducting property due diligence, overseeing expatriate guest house maintenance, and supporting management with property-related assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Propose suitable properties as required.
Follow up with brokers and agents.
Conduct site visits and enquiries to ensure there is no litigation or encumbrance affecting proposed properties.
Manage and coordinate expatriate guest house maintenance.
Coordinate repairs, vendors, and facility service providers.
Maintain property records and reports.
Any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in property or facilities management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of property due diligence and maintenance management.
