    Factory Officer

    Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Officer to coordinate and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with established quality standards

    Location: Zaria, Kaduna State.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
    • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities.
    • Supervise production personnel and allocate tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
    • Ensure machines and equipment are utilized effectively and report any operational issues requiring maintenance.
    • Enforce compliance with company operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct routine inspections of production processes, equipment, and work areas to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, highlighting output, downtime, and operational performance.
    • Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure adequate production supplies.

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years\' experience in a manufacturing, processing, or factory operations environment.
    • Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and factory operations.
    • Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality management practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
