    Customer Engagement Executive

    ​​​​​​​RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales.
    • Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the clients.
    • Ensuring that the client information is maintained and updated in system.
    • Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market
    • Receives and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers
    • Provides baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
    • Makes outbound prospecting communications to build and manage lead development pipeline via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
    • Develops a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain-points.
    • Other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 0-1 year experience in customer/client management.
    • Minimum qualification of B.sc or HND.
    • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
    • Experience with sales is a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
    • Able to work independently in an fast paced environment.
    • Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines.

    Operations Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that Instruments (Cheque, Remita, DDM) are in place before disbursement.
    • Escalates outstanding deferred instruments.
    • Maintains proper record of all instruments received
    • Presents instruments on the due date.
    • Ensure there is zero error in all operational activities.
    • Disburse loans within TAT.
    • Performs daily call-over of transactions.
    • Post repayments into the appropriate client’s accounts.
    • Ensures that internal service level standard is maintained.
    • Other functions as may be assigned by the supervisor.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent is preferred.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the financial service sector as an operations analyst or in similar role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Risk Analyst (Credit Risk)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review credit request and documentation.
    • Review all the relevant paperwork that has been submitted.
    • Check loan-to-value and debt-to-income ratios.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all activity on each account.
    • Make loan decisions through various means including credit history review, credit scoring and affordability analysis.
    • Assess and review the financial position and credibility of customers seeking loans.
    • Review and update loan files and credit documentation.
    • Obtain and compile copies of applicant’s credit histories, financial statements and other financial information.
    • Ensure clients adhere to loan agreements and ensure that repayment is done on time.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 1 year of experience working in financial service sector.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Attention to detail.
    • High-level numeracy and an understanding of financial processes.
    • An understanding of credit scores.
    • Expert knowledge of databases, word processors and spreadsheets.
    • Working knowledge of loan operations with banks or lenders with agency exposure.
    • Impeccable customer service and customer handling skills.
    • Working knowledge of credit unions and how they deliver financial services.
    • Firm grasp of financial, documentation and administration procedures.
    • Ability to analyse loan applications and supporting documents for issuance of loans.
    • Strong numerical skills to handle loan calculations and repayments for the customers.
