    Graduate Customer Support (Payments) Intern

    Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide front‐line billing support for level one escalation via telephone and email support to customers for their queries to provide a personalized help desk experience without scripts
    ● Troubleshoot a variety of billing-related issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
    ● Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    ●  Meet performance standards set by the department
    ●  Work with customers to describe products and/or services, in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew or purchase
    products and/or services.
    ● Create invoices, receipts through the CMS, Send reminders to customers through call/email for renewal and pending payment
    ● Recommends improvements in products, services, or billing procedures to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs to prevent future problems.
    ● Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
    ● Reconcile payment with the finance team

    Graduate B2B & B2C Sales Intern

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a young, driven, passionate, analytical, and committed individual to join the Enterprise Team and support the development & execution of key sales growth strategies to achieve financial targets. You will also be involved in preparing sales pitch documents and converting leads into customers.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Drive the upsell, cross‐sell of WhoGoHost products & services to existing customers.
    • Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.
    • Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities
    • Respond to customer calls and emails promptly
    • Provide excellent customer satisfaction ratings
    • Identify potential Enterprise customers, prepare relevant sales pitch documents, bring in those leads, and ensure the customers are fully converted
    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business for the company’s products/services
    • Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals;
    • Present configurations and pricing for the enterprise solutions; negotiating the terms, conditions, pricing, and understanding the steps to come to a closure.
    • Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling and informative by highlighting the value of the company’s products
    • Meet performance standards set by the department
    • Work with customers to describe products and/or services, in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase enterprise products and/or services

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 1-year technical experience or technical background required.
      • Must be Tech Savvy with the ability to talk tech and use most productivity software.
      • Prior experience in B2B or cloud solution sales desired
      • Effective relationship building/growing skills, with the ability to deliver results simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
      • Has knowledge of market needs, competition, and the latest industry news and trends.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute territory sales strategies.
      • Ability to work independently & a team player
      • Must have a working laptop
      • Must be able to work remotely and on-site
