    Telesales/ Online Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products and services
    • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
    • Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly
    • Follow up on inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
    • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports
