    Shutdown Coordinator F/H

    Job Description

    • The Shutdown (SD) Co-Ordinator is primarily responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of the SD to be executed OFFSHORE, complying with the client’s SD process, delivering the onshore Coordination and leadership of all activities (Mechanical, Piping, E&I, etc..) leading up to the SD, such as the development of the SD work lists and Plan, tracking related actions, double check the preparation and organisations of the various subcontractors, and maintaining effective communications with the Asset onshore and Offshore teams.
    • The Shutdown Coordinator will report directly to the Asset Shutdown Lead.

    Main duties 

    • Onshore/offshore support of a strategic Shutdown plan to assure the Asset production promise delivery
    • Management of planning and preparation activities required for successful execution of platform Shutdown
    • Accountable for establishing shutdown execution team, including defining and communicating key roles and responsibilities
    • Accountable for setting accurate shutdown budget in conjunction with Shutdown Lead

    Requirements

    • Preferably Degree qualified in an engineering discipline or significant experience in a similar role
    • Predominantly able to perform Superintendent / OIM role
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good working level in english
    • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point
    • Strong understanding of Offshore Process and Operation
    • Competent in use of Maximo Maintenance Management System
    • Extensive, Design Engineering and Operations experience within the oil and gas industry
    • Strong safety awareness
    • Drive and performance delivery focus, embraces change and continual improvement
    • Strong technical understanding
    • Demonstrable cross discipline Leadership capability

    Shutdown Panner F/H

    Job Description

    • As part of the Shutdown (SD) team, reporting to the SD Coordinator, provide planning assurance support by ensuring that all shutdown plans are effectively prepared in a consistent manner in accordance with requirements of the Shutdown Standard, verifying in particular the procurement plan of the subcontractors, the estimated duration of works, the number of technicians required.
    • You will act as the Shutdown team focal point for all shutdown and planning coordination

    Main duties 

    • Development and management of a uniform and consistent process for planning using Primavera and work Breakdown Structure for all asset
    • Development and management of a uniform and consistent reporting process for all assets, including ‘S’ curves
    • Evaluate & challenge assets shutdown scheduling to ensure the planning is thoroughly optimized
    • Assist Assets with problem solving scheduling activities to ensure the planning is thoroughly optimized
    • Analyze asset work lists to ensure only critical shutdown works are being planned
    • Attend and participate at the PMSD stage gate reviews
    • Monitor progress of all assets shut down activities and milestones
    • Conduct site visits onshore as and when required and produce reports in a timely manner
    • Review and comment, when necessary, on technical documents produced by Vendors, 3rd party contractors and Company’s Engineering Contractors
    • Participate with Site Operation Team to develop proposals to overcome deficiencies in existing planning
    • Monitor progress and report on performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

    Requirements

    • HNC or equivalent with significant experience in a similar role as a shutdown planner
    • Proficient in the use of Primavera planning software.
    • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point
    • Competent in use of SAP Maintenance Management System
    • Demonstrates general management skills, drive and performance delivery focus
    • Experience of all mechanical equipment, utility and process systems for offshore platforms
    • Experience of Nitrogen Helium and alternative medium Leak Testing
    • A detailed knowledge of industry standards, specifications and best practices for shutdowns
    • Strong safety awareness
    • Strong technical understanding of software planning and reporting tools
    • Strong team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, on a number of projects
    • Strong networking and communication skills
    • An ability to maintain internal and external relations in support of the shutdown activities
    • An ability to help and problem solve, embrace change and continual improvement
