    Relationship Manager (Lagos)

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation Of the Group's strategy and budget
    • Maintain client base and engage new clients on an ongoing basis.
    • Champion the sale Of products to customers
    • Maintain a comprehensive database Of existing relationships/prospects.
    • Analyze existing and prospective client's financial/investment profile and recommend the most suitable products to fit their needs in accordance with their risk appetite.
    • Track client's investments and give proactive suggestions to enhance the portfolio performance on a regular basis.
    • Proactively seek to determine customer needs and liaise with the relevant functions to meet the needs.
    • Identify new prospects and help develop a robust sales pipeline
    • Create pitch books and briefing materials for sales meetings

    Requirements

    • A B.Sc. or HND in relevant discipline
    • A minimum Of 5 years Of relevant experience in Financial Services Industry particularly in a Sales Role.
    • Strong understanding of debt recovery techniques and strategies in a financial services environment.
    • Ability to negotiate repayment terms that are favourable to the organization While maintaining client relationships.
    • Strong entrepreneurial, excellent marketing negotiating and relationship management skills.

    Relationship Officer (Lagos)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to recover owed amounts, including setting up repayment plans and negotiating settlements.
    • Monitor overdue loan accounts and keep track Of aging reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities, including correspondence and agreements ensuring professionalism and regulatory compliance in all communications.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and the organization to maintain goodwill while enforcing recovery actions.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of repayment agreements, recovery efforts, and client interactions.
    • Identify high-risk clients and escalate complex cases to the legal department or external recovery agents if necessary.
