    Cake Decorator

    Job Summary

    • We are looking to hire a skilled Cake Decorator to design and decorate cakes according to customers specifications and preferences.


    • Decorate various cakes according to established standards.
    • Produce different kinds of icing; whipped cream, buttercream, and cake fillings based on customer preferences.
    • Must be able to write beautifully on cakes.
    • The ability to work with Fondants to create various designs is a plus.
    • Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies
    • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and decorating equipment.


    • SSCE / OND / HND and B.Sc qualfication
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
    • Candidates must reside in Oweri, preferably near Douglas
    • Ability to use various decorating instruments and tools.
    • The ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Should be willing to work with the company long term.

    Restaurant Supervisor

    Job Overview

    • Assist the Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
    • creating a positive dining experience for patrons, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving sales growth.

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

    Customer Service:

    • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
    • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure that staff are trained to provide excellent service.

    Staff Management:

    • Trainand supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
    • Create and maintain staff schedules, allocate tasks, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and morale.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or training needs.


    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with relevant work experience.
