    Tax Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver the full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe.
    • Provide high-quality tax advice to clients on a range of tax issues by using the appropriate research techniques and skills.
    • Help clients mitigate risks, meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines, and realize business goals.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields (Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division)
    • Associate membership of a relevant professional body, is a must (an ACA, ACCA, ACTI)
    • 4 - 6 years tax experience in one of the largest professional services firms
    • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications and people skills
    • An energetic and proactive attitude
    • Knowledge of MS Office

    Audit Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper documentation of all audit working papers and conclusions.
    • Assists in the planning, execution and finalization of all areas of the audit assignment and seeking input for areas of concern and judgement.
    • Ensure strict adherence to necessary professional and auditing standards.
    • Supervise, coach and develop team members at client premises and in the office.
    • Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields (Minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division).
    • Associate membership of a relevant professional body, is a must (an ACA or ACCA).
    • 4 - 5 years audit experience in one of the largest professional services firms.
    • Working knowledge of local and International GAAS, IFRS and Financial Reporting requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

    Audit Director

    Responsibilities

    • Help lead the Audit service line alongside the other Audit Partners, including developing and implementing audit strategies, overseeing the planning and execution of audits and ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulations.
    • Manage multiple engagements, oversee engagement status, and ensure maintenance of milestones of all projects
    • Identify opportunities to expand the Firm’s audit services, developing proposals and marketing strategies to win new business and grow the firm’s client base
    • Provides leadership, mentorship, and career guidance for the professional development and motivation of team members

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Fellow of a relevant professional body is a must (FCA / FCCA,).
    • A minimum of 8 to 12 years of current or recent audit experience in one of the largest professional services firms.
    • A depth knowledge of controlling diverse portfolio of audit clients across sectors.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills with a successful track record of directing and deploying team members on multiple simultaneous engagements

    Tax Director

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver the full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a timeframe.
    • Develop tax solutions, strategies and advisory services for our numerous clients.
    • Assist with the expansion of business development to increase our client base
    • Provide high-quality tax advice to clients on a range of tax issues by using the appropriate research techniques and skills.
    • Work closely with the Tax Partners in major engagements.
    • Play a key role in all aspects of client engagements, involving regular client communication and participation in presentations and meetings alongside the unit Partners
    • Identify and understand clients’ needs, suggest potential solutions on technical matters, communicate and agree client needs and potential solutions with Partners.
    • Manage multiple engagements, oversee engagement status, and ensure maintenance of milestones of all projects
    • Manage profitability of projects, evaluate strategy for growth of the Firm
    • Engage in complex transfer pricing projects
    • Make informed decisions in complex and judgmental areas.
    • Establish/maintain excellent long-term working relationships with clients through quality service, open communication and timeliness.
    • Provides leadership, mentorship, and career guidance for the professional development and motivation of team members.
    • Ability to travel based on client and business demands.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Fellow of a relevant professional body is a must (FCA, FCCA, etc.)
    • 8 - 12 years tax experience in a professional services firm (experience in a managerial role will be an advantage)
    • Depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations (this include international tax laws)
    • Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends
    • Strong problem-solving, logic and reasoning capabilities
    • An energetic and proactive attitude
    • Excellent supervisory, analytical, and leadership ability.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex tax issues clearly and concisely to clients and team members
    • Knowledge of MS Office.
