    Academic & OJT Gas & Oil Metering Trainer

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Job Description

    • The role holder will be responsible for training existing and new staff for Energy Field Services, specializing in Metering.
    • This will involve delivering training interventions in line with the needs of the business and the individual, liaising with colleges and the wider business and preparing and supporting the individual through to gaining internal and external competency both internal and external. All training must be delivered taking into consideration legal, corporate and branch procedures/policies, including Health & Safety.
    • To deliver technical and soft skill training programs to staff both personally and with the support of training colleagues. The role holder will be responsible for designing and developing training modules which support staff progression to competency and will be considered part of the wider group within the Training department.
    • This person will oversee the trainee’s progress through the training period within the technical context with the duty and ability to offer advice to the business although not actually manage he trainee through this pathway.

    Job Requirements

    • Qualified to an appropriate level of Meter Fitting with 5 years’ experience
    • Holder of Electrical qualifications - B.Sc / B.Eng
    • Experienced with practices related to metering services, company operations, polices and procedure
    • Should have extensive experience working in the Oil & Gas Services industry as a Trainer.

    Job Description

    ICSS & DCS Supervisor

    Duties

    Duties

    • To lead technical teams and deliver client projects.

    Operations:

    • Working closely with COMPANY’s SITE Head of Maintenance and Inspection, he ensures that contractors Personnel plan Maintenance operations (routine and short-term)
    • Advises COMPANY’s superintendent on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Maintenance planning, anticipates, plans and requests the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking the various constraints into account when planning and carrying out operations takes part in different daily, weekly and site coordination meetings

    Job Description

    • We are looking for FPSO Instrument & Metering Specialists to join her work force here in Nigeria.
    • The Instrument & Metering Specialist provides instrument engineering support for FPSO
    • The role provides assurance on technical delivery of the instrument engineering scope provided by the Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) contractor.
    • Supports plant operations by managing and maintaining plant metering systems. Supports Projects in specification of metering systems for new facilities
    • Provide technical support and act as the focal point for fiscal metering matters;
    • Follow up offloading operations with adherence to Company standards and specifications;

      Relevant PPE is used to deal with unplanned discharges using company procedures.
    • Equipment, waste or other materials for disposal are dealt with according to the correct procedure.
      Environmental protection and pollution control are enforced effectively with colleagues, subordinates and subcontractors.

    Emergency Response:

    • Demonstrate competence during Emergency Response Drills and training exercises.
    • Carry out Emergency Response role.

    Job Requirements

    • A relevant Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation or Control & Instrumentation Engineering is essential
