    Senior Sales Manager

    The key responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote voice and video call center solutions to business enterprises using a consultative selling approach to pitch the most appropriate solution.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations is a critical pre-requisite for this role.
    • In-dept knowledge of call center solutions and related technologies, including communication platforms, cloud-based contact centers, and omnichannel capabilities.
    • Should possess updated information on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position call center solutions and products.
    • Should be capable of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification, to negotiations and closing deals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos of call center solutions to prospective clients.
    • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of call center solutions within agreed timelines.
    • Exposure to developing promotional materials, organizing marketing campaigns and events for promoting the sale of call center solutions.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in science/ engineering with at least 10+ years of relevant sales experience in a professionally managed organization, preferably from ICT/ telecommunications sector.
    • Post graduate qualification in Marketing/ sales will be an added advantage.

    Salary

    • The compensation package will commensurate with qualifications and experience and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
    • The compensation package will contain an attractive variable pay component.

    HR Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with our business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    • The ideal candidate will act as a consultant on human resource-related matters, providing guidance and support on a variety of HR functions such as talent management, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
    • The HRBP will also ensure smooth implementation of HR strategies and policies across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
    • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Provide expertise in talent management including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
    • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to drive organizational culture and high performance.
    • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of conflicts and grievances.
    • Collaborate with HR and management on performance management processes, providing guidance and support in employee development.
    • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights that drive HR and business decisions.
    • Support change management efforts and ensure the smooth execution of organizational transformations.
    • Lead efforts to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Assist with HR projects and initiatives such as compensation reviews, training programs, and talent retention strategies.

    Key Requirements

    • 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in strategic HR roles like HRBP.
    • Internationally recognized HR qualification or degree from a foreign institution.
    • Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or telecommunications sectors.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be an added advantage

    Experience:

    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar capacity.
    • Experience in industries similar to Simba Group’s sectors will be an advantage.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, etc.).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
