    Network Administrator

    Educational & Professional Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT

    • CompTIA Network+, CISSP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, CCNA, RHCE, Relevant qualifications and certifications

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the network architecture of the company is maintained functional and secured with minimum downtime (only 2%).
    • Maintain log of all ISP throughput and report same on a monthly basis.
    • Keep logs of client connection complaints comprising; Time of complaint, Time of resolution, duration, reason, resolution and monetary implication for company.
    • Develop and maintain system for billing ISPs for lost revenue traceable to link outages.
    • Determine minimum acceptable notice for service outages. Communicate planned outages to staff.
    • Determine and implement (with consultant) work-around with redundant link to eliminate service outages.
    • Ensure that customers can connect to and send their personalization files effectively and securely.
    • Manage all the company’s systems; ensuring they all are in good working condition (Apply Operating system patches regularly, also Install and ensure regular update for antivirus.)Educate users and report careless usage of systems and internet service in accordance the internet usage policy. Resolve customers’ complaints regarding file transfer in a timely manner.
    • Maintenance of all network devices (Apply necessary application patches when released by the manufacturer.).
    • Liaising with our network consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality services at the best price.
    • Ensure that the internal systems and network in the plant area is maintained as per Visa and MasterCard standards.
    • Manage all of the company’s printers (ensure that all printers are in good working conditions always),Scanners, Photocopiers, and projectors.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Keep and maintain an up-to-date database of all external customers and partners comprising corresponsive details and job title of all our technical contacts.
    • Look out for relevant training for department.
    • Continually seek out new ways of improving the company’s operations.

    Risk Manager

    Competencies & Skills

    • Good understanding of ISO standards (31000, 27001), CBN compliance, and data protection laws.

    Educational & Professional Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and relevant professional qualification in a related field.
    • Professional certifications such as CRMA, ERM, ISO 31000
    • Lead Implementer, or IRM are highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in manufacturing, fintech, or telecoms.
    • Experience with risk automation tools, audits, or internal controls.
    • A master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.

    Role Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework tailored to SecureID’s operations.
    • Identify and evaluate strategic, operational, financial, cyber, environmental, and compliance risks across departments.
    • Update the corporate risk register and risk heat maps quarterly.
    • Ensure alignment of the risk strategy with business growth and expansion plans.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments in line with ISO 31000, ISO 27001, CBN regulatory requirements, and ESG standards.
    • Lead risk workshops with department heads and project teams.
    • Monitor emerging risks, especially in fintech, identity management, and data privacy.
    • Recommend risk treatment plans and assist departments in implementing and tracking mitigation controls.
    • Design key risk indicators (KRIs) for core functions (e.g., card production, logistics, digital solutions).Support the development and implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans(BCP/DRP).Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reports to the Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management, CEO, and Board, Audit & Risk Committee.
    • Analyze incidents and near-misses to refine risk controls.
    • Ensure risks are escalated timely and appropriately.

    • Ensure that all users sign the fortnightly backup confirmation log.
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Manage the purchase and setup of all I.T related equipment.
    • Maintain an incidence report database showing incidence, time escalated, time resolved, and lessons.
    • Work with systems administrator and Network Engineer for guidance and training support.
