Educational & Professional Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent in IT
• Demonstrate knowledge of computer usage proficiency.
• Minimum of 1 year wok experience in IT related field.

Role Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and ensure all issues reported are recorded and resolved on time.
• All issues unresolvable within 24hrs should be escalated to the next level support (systems/network administrator).
• Install and configure Laptops, printers, phones and scanners.
• Ensure that all users sign the fortnightly backup confirmation log.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage the purchase and setup of all I.T related equipment.
• Maintain an incidence report database showing incidence, time escalated, time resolved, and lessons.
• Work with systems administrator and Network Engineer for guidance and training support.
